Executive - Credit Control

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Accounts & Finance at Navi Mumbai, India for EXECUTIVE – CREDIT CONTROL.

As an Executive – Credit Control you will be responsible for ensuring credit control for all business verticals of the organization. The candidate should have experience of following up with clients and being able to restrict outstanding.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients via phone and email to recover overdue payments
• Maintain and update trackers and databases for efficient follow-up and reporting
• Reconcile discrepancies in receipts and customer ledger statements
• Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Coordinate with internal teams and branch offices to compile outstanding data
• Reconcile client statements of accounts and resolve billing issues
• Visit clients when necessary to address and resolve payment-related concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, or Accounting (B Com, BMS, BBA, BFA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the service industry
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent client service and follow-up abilities
• Tactful and professional in handling sensitive client conversations
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Tally ERP
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
